OnlyInsults is being prepared for launch. This page describes the intended MVP data flow and will be updated with the final legal entity/controller details before public submissions are enabled.
What we collect
For the first DOGS submission flow we expect to collect the video you upload, your email address, optional context you provide, consent records, technical/security logs and the finished roast associated with the submission.
Why we use it
We use submission data to receive and process your request, create and deliver your roast, protect the service from abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Public use is separate
Submitting a video for a roast does not automatically give us permission to publish it on TikTok, Instagram, the website or other public channels. Public featuring requires a separate opt-in.
AI and product development
If submission data is ever used to improve or train automated systems beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service, the applicable notice and consent basis will be made clear in the product. Public-use permission and model-improvement permission are not assumed from a basic submission.
Storage and deletion
Videos and generated results will be stored only for the period needed to operate the service, provide the result, handle support and meet applicable legal/security requirements. Retention periods will be finalized before public launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact privacy@onlyinsults.net.
